These are the Documents Required to become a Driver for Campbell Cab Of Georgia. Our base is in Clayton County Ga.:

1. Campbell Cab of Georgia Application
2. Copy of Proof of Insurance
3. Clayton County Police Department background check.
4. License Fee for each driver
5. Copy of The Clayton County Ordanance Code
• Signed by the Applicant
6. Each driver must complete a taxicab business license application
7. We prefer drivers with their own vehicles (2000 or newer)
